Y96 glass has trust issues. It likes to pretend it’s one color raw and then pull a full personality shift once it hits the kiln. That’s why I went ahead and pre-fired it for you—so what you see is actually what you’ll get. No surprises, no drama, no “why is this opal now?”
These sheets have been kiln-struck to bring out their true, final colors, just like they’ll look in your fused projects. But here’s the twist—they’re still 1/8" (3mm) thick, so you can use them in stained glass, mosaics, or anything else your art-glass-loving heart desires.
I might be the only one doing this. Or maybe not. I didn’t check. But let’s pretend I’m a pioneer anyway.
