At Three Rivers Art Glass, we take shipping seriously. Every order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible to make sure your supplies and glass arrive safely and ready for your next project. Whether it’s a single sheet of glass or a box full of studio essentials, we treat every shipment like it’s our own.

General Shipping Policy (Flat Rate)

We offer reliable flat-rate shipping across the continental United States, divided into two regions to keep rates fair and simple.

Shipping Zones & Rates

  • East & Midwest Zone: $10.00 flat rate

  • Western Zone: $15.00 flat rate

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Free Shipping

Orders of $175 or more (before tax) ship free within the continental U.S.

Important Notes

  • General shipping applies to all standard supplies such as tools, solder, flux, foils, and accessories.

  • Glass and oversized items ship separately and follow their own shipping policies and rates.

  • Multiple shipments may occur when combining different product types in one order.

We take pride in careful packing and quick processing so your supplies arrive safely and on time.

Oversized Box Shipping Policy

Certain long items require special packaging and handling to arrive safely. These products include 72” long zinc channel, wood framing, and metal channels.

All oversized products ship separately in a 4” × 4” × 74” box to ensure they stay straight and undamaged in transit.

Shipping Rate

  • Flat Rate: $25.00 (continental U.S. only)

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout when your cart includes oversized products.

  • Oversized items ship separately from all other supplies and may arrive in a different shipment.

  • Not eligible for free shipping offers or combined packaging with other products.

  • Each shipment is packed securely and insured against carrier damage.

If you’re ordering a mix of regular supplies and oversized materials, you’ll see separate shipping rates for each group at checkout.

Glass Shipping Policy

All glass sheets ship separately from other supplies to ensure they arrive safely. Each box measures 16” × 16” × 4” and can hold up to six sheets of glass. We take extra care in packing every order so your glass makes it to you in one beautiful piece.

How Shipping Is Calculated

Each box holds up to six sheets of glass. Orders with more sheets will automatically ship in multiple boxes.

  • 1–6 sheets → ships in one box (Rate 1)

  • 7–12 sheets → ships in two boxes (Rate 2)

  • 13–18 sheets → ships in three boxes (Rate 3)

Shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout based on the total number of sheets in your cart.

East & Midwest Zone

  • Rate 1 (1–6 sheets): $15.00

  • Rate 2 (7–12 sheets): $25.00

  • Rate 3 (13–18 sheets): $35.00

Western Zone

  • Rate 1 (1–6 sheets): $20.00

  • Rate 2 (7–12 sheets): $30.00

  • Rate 3 (13–18 sheets): $40.00

Free Shipping

Orders of $250 or more (before tax) ship free — we’ll cover the cost of getting your glass to you safely.

Important Notes

  • Glass ships separately from tools, solder, and other supplies. You’ll receive multiple tracking numbers if you order mixed items.

  • Every shipment includes protective packaging and insurance for your peace of mind.
